dealt well with the midwives because they feared Him.
He increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.
He turned their(Egypts~) heart to hate his people,
He raised Pharaoh up, that He might shew His power in him, and that His name might be declared throughout all the earth.

In all their affliction he was afflicted,
remembered us in our low estate.hath redeemed us from our enemies
in the bush God spake unto him (and you-Jews), saying, I [am] the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob
would harden Pharaoh's heart.
was honored upon Pharaoh, and upon all his host; that the Egyptians might know that He is the LORD.
He shewed Israel His wonders
He has done wonderful works
Marvellous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt
Who sent tokens and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his servants.
How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan:

And had turned their rivers/waters into blood; and slew their fish.
He sent divers sorts of flies among them,
He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies,
He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.
frogs, lice, He spake, and the locusts came
He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.
He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.
He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.
He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.

He sent darkness, and made it dark;
He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;

smote/destroyed all the firstborn of Egypt (in their land), both of man and beast.

gave His people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they lent them the things they required.
He brought them forth also with silver and gold:
And brought out Israel from among them with a strong hand, and with a stretched out arm
brought (up) the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.
Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people
He saved the people out of the land of Egypt.

Had done great things in Egypt; Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and terrible things by the Red sea.
He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.
caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided.
looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, and took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily.

he led them through the depths
he that brought them up out of the sea with the shepherd(Moses) of his flock
the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old.
he put his holy Spirit within Moses
led [them] by the right hand of Moses with his glorious arm, dividing the water before them, to make himself an everlasting name.
led them through the deep, as an horse in the wilderness, [that] they should not stumble?
As a beast goeth down into the valley(gently), the Spirit of the LORD caused him(children of Israel through wilderness) to rest: so didst thou lead thy people, to make thyself a glorious name.
made Israel to pass through the midst of it: But overthrew Pharaoh and his host in the Red sea:
overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
In the ancient days/in the generations of old, the arm of the Lord cut Rahab(Egypt), wounded the dragon(Pharoah), dried the sea/waters of great deep, and made the the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over.
led the people about, through the way of the wilderness of the Red sea.
went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night.
led his people through the wilderness:
Thou wentest forth before thy people, when thou didst march through the wilderness; Selah:
He made known his ways unto Moses, his acts unto the children of Israel.
God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.
But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.
And he led them on safely,
He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.
His glory was like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel.
His glory appeared in a cloud.
Under His feet was as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.
descended on Mount Sinai with fire.
the finger of God.wrote two tables of testimony (stone, ten commandments)
God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.
plagued His people, because they made the calf.
Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had not Moses his chosen stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, lest he should destroy them.
He said, "As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest."(unbelievers in wilderness don’t go to heaven)
repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.
made a covenant with Moses and with israel.
avouched Israel to be His peculiar people, and to make them high above all nations, that they would be a holy people unto Him.
made Himself known to Israel as the LORD their God.
made a covenant with Israel.
would dwell among the children of israel, and would be their God.
talked with israel from heaven.
he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
He calls [high priests].
he gave them (the ordinance).
some speak His oracles.
His covenant unto them was that there should come out of Sion the Deliverer.
He had promised the gospel afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures.
His oracles were committed to the Jews.
made for them a statute and an ordinance, and proved them [at the river of bitter water which He made sweet].
heals.
would make israel His peculiar treasure if they would obey.
Made a covenant with fathers in the day when He took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt. (because they didn't continue in it and God would not regard them- He would later make a different covenant in Jesus)
would rain bread from heaven.
He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.
He answered Moses and Aaron
He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar:
And he led them forth by the right way,
Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.
would bless their bread, and their water; and would take sickness away from the midst of them.
He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.
He led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.
He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.
Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,
And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.
He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.
He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:
And he let it fall in the midst of their camp,
he gave them their own desire;
People asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
He gave them their request; but sent leanness into their soul.
He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out
would give water out of a rock.
was sanctified in Israel at the water of Meribah.
blessed Israel in all the works of their hand: forty years the LORD was with them; they lacked nothing.
sent fiery serpents among the people who murmured.
The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.
He was not well pleased with many of them [Israelites].
He sware that they should not enter into His rest [those that believed not].
He destroyed them[Israel wilderness] that believed not.
Forty years long was I grieved with this generation/them that had sinned, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.
He stretched forth His hands all day long unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.
He gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts.
He lifted up his hand against them, to overthrow them in the wilderness:
His anger was kindled against the people who complained; and whose fire burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.
His wrath was kindled against the people who lusted [to eat meat], and smote the people with a very great plague.
The LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel; (because complainers not trust Him)
Their days did he consume in vanity
he slew them,
He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.
For he remembered that they were but flesh;
He called Bezaleel, and filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship; and gave with him Aholiab, that they might make all that He had commanded Moses.
put wisdom and understanding in every wise hearted man, to know how to work all manner of work for the service of the sanctuary, according to all that the LORD had commanded.
His cloud was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire on it by night, in the sight of all the house of israel throughout all their journeys.
His glory filled the tabernacle.
would sanctify the tabernacle of the congregation, and the altar; He would sanctify also both Aaron and his sons, to minister to Him in the priest's office.
took the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel: the Levites would be His; because all the firstborn are His; for on the day that He smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt He hallowed unto Him all the firstborn in Israel, both man and beast; He is the LORD.
gave the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel.
hearkened to the voice of Israel, and delivered up the Canaanites.(king Arad)
came unto Balaam at night and spoke to him.
His anger was kindled because Balaam went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him.
opened the mouth of the ass, and she spoke unto Balaam.
opened the eyes of Balaam,
put a word in Balaam's mouth, and told him to return to Balak.
His anger was kindled against Israel when Israel joined himself unto Baal-peor.
(He would) overthrow their seed also among the nations, and to scatter them(Israel) in the lands.
told Moses to take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel. [Baalpeor, just before Phinehas]
said Phinehas had turned His wrath away from the children of Israel, that He consumed not the children of Israel in His jealousy.
said He gave unto Phinehas His covenant of peace.
the LORD [was] with the ruler Phinehas (Aaron’s grandson)
His glory appeared unto all the people, and His fire consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar.
there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them
From Whom there went out fire and devoured Nadab and Abihu and before Whom they died.
His fire consumed the two hundred and fifty men that offered incense.
would send an Angel before israel, to keep them in the way, and to bring them into the place which He had prepared, and His name was in his Angel because He would not go up in the midst of them; for they were a stiffnecked people: lest He consume them in the way.
gave Joshua a charge.
would go over before Israel, and destroy the nations from before them.
delivered Og the king of Bashan into Israel's hand.
smote the country before the congregation of Israel.
told Israel not to distress Moab and Ammon, because He had given the children of Lot land for an inheritance.
put the dread and fear of Israel upon the nations that are under the whole heaven.
He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.
And gave them the lands of the heathen:
would allow His servants Caleb, Joshua, and children under 20 years old, into the land; but would not allow those who murmured against Him.
To him which smote great kings: And slew famous kings: Sihon king of the Amorites: And Og the king of Bashan:
And gave their land for an heritage: Even an heritage unto Israel his servant:
Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan
would cast out nations before israel.
would send an angel before them, and drive out the Canaanite, the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: unto a land flowing with milk and honey.
would turn the captivity of Israel [if they rebelled and then were brought into captivity], and have compassion upon them, and will return and gather them from all the nations, where He would scatter them.
Moses:
sent Moses to the children of Israel [to deliver them out of Egypt].
put wonders in Moses' hand.
would stand before Moses upon the rock in Horeb.
answered Moses by a voice.
spoke unto Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend.
descended in the cloud, and stood with Moses, and proclaimed the name of the LORD: and passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
presence would be with Moses, and He would give him rest.
and knew Moses by name, and in His sight Moses found grace.
would make all His goodness pass before Moses, and would proclaim the name of the LORD before him
face could not be seen by Moses; for there shall no man see Him, and live.
, while His glory passed by, would put Moses in a clift of the rock, and would cover him with His hand while He passed by.
made statutes and judgments and laws between him and the children of Israel in Mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
He admonished Moses when he was about to make the tabernacle.
took of the spirit that was upon Moses, and gave it unto the seventy elders.
pardoned the Israelites according to Moses' word.
showed Moses the land.
said that Moses would not go over Jordan [into the promised land].
gave Moses commandments for Israel.
told Moses to go up into Mount Abarim and behold the land of Caanan, and to die in that mountain, because he had trespassed against Him.
showed Moses all the land of Gilead, unto Dan.
knew Moses face to face and had sent him to do signs and wonders.
the LORD spake unto Joshua
God gave Israel land which He sware unto their fathers.
I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Have not I commanded thee
the LORD thy God [is] with thee whithersoever thou goest.
This day will I begin to magnify thee in the sight of all Israel, that they may know that, as I was with Moses, [so] I will be with thee.
This day have I rolled away the reproach of Egypt from off you.
I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, [and] the mighty men of valour.
Achan: the anger of the LORD was kindled against the children of Israel
my covenant which I commanded them:
neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.
Achan: The LORD took a tribe, family, household
So the LORD turned from the fierceness of his anger.
I have given into thy hand the king of Ai, and his people, and his city, and his land:
I will give it into thine hand.
have delivered them into thine hand;
the LORD discomfited them before Israel, and slew them with a great slaughter at Gibeon, and chased them along the way that goeth up to Bethhoron, and smote them to Azekah, and unto Makkedah.
the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them
the LORD delivered up the Amorites before the children of Israel,
No day like this one in which: the LORD hearkened unto the voice of a man: for the LORD (God of Israel) fought for Israel.
the LORD delivered Libnah also
the LORD delivered Lachish into the hand of Israel
he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.
thou didst drive out the heathen with thy hand, and plantedst them; how thou didst afflict the people, and cast them out.
Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded.
to morrow about this time will I deliver them up all slain before Israel:
the LORD delivered them into the hand of Israel,
the LORD bade (Joshua):
the LORD commanded Moses.
(No city made peace) it was of the LORD to harden their hearts, that he might destroy them utterly, [and] that they might have no favour,
I spake unto you (of- the cities of refuge) by the hand of Moses:
And the LORD gave unto Israel all the land which he sware to give unto their fathers;
the LORD gave them rest round about, according to all that he sware unto their fathers:
the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand.
There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel;
the LORD had given rest unto Israel from all their enemies round about
Joshua dies, Israel ask: the LORD said, (Judah), I have delivered the land into his hand
the LORD delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand:
the LORD was with Judah;
the LORD [was] with the house of Joseph
(they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.) And the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he delivered them into the hands of spoilers, sold them into the hands of their enemies,
Whithersoever they went out, the hand of the LORD was against them for evil, as the LORD had said, and as the LORD had sworn unto them
the LORD raised up judges,
when the LORD raised them up judges, then the LORD was with the judge, and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge: for it repented the LORD because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.
the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice. I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died: That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as their fathers did keep [it], or not. Therefore the LORD left those nations, without driving them out hastily ; neither delivered he them into the hand of Joshua.

Which first against Benjamin? And the LORD said, Judah [shall go up] first.
Again? And the LORD said, Go up against him.)
cease? And the LORD said, Go up; for to morrow I will deliver them into thine hand.

the LORD had made a breach in the tribes of Israel.
When God heard this(idols), he was wroth, and greatly abhorred Israel:
He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.
The wrath of the LORD kindled against his people, insomuch that he abhorred his own inheritance.
And he gave them into the hand of the heathen; and they that hated them ruled over them.
he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.
he regarded their affliction, when he heard their cry:
He made them also to be pitied of all those that carried them captives.
And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:
