Repent:

The LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
The LORD'S voice crieth unto the city.
Will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins?
I will yet plead with you and with your children's children will I plead. 
I will plead with thee, because thou sayest, I have not sinned
I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face.
(They say) He hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up. 
(you should wait on Him and not flee to Egypt but) the LORD will wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and therefore will He be exalted, that He may have mercy upon you: for the LORD [is] a God of judgment: 
he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee. [though] the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet (better teachers)
the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound. 
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? 
I set watchmen(prophets) over you, 
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: 
(It may be that the house of Judah will hear) all the evil which I purpose to do unto them; (that they may return every man from his evil way; that I may forgive their iniquity and their sin.) 
Is the spirit of the LORD straitened?(you who hush His prophets) Are these his doings? Do not my words do good to him that walketh uprightly.
I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.
 

If repent:
provoke me not to anger with the works of your hands; and I will do you no hurt.
Turn ye unto me, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the LORD of hosts.
(when cast away idols) He shall give the rain of thy seed
[At what] instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy [it]; If that nation, against whom I have pronounced, turn from their evil, I will repent of the evil that I thought to do unto them. And [at what] instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to build and to plant [it]; If it do evil in my sight, that it obey not my voice, then I will repent of the good, wherewith I said I would benefit them. 
I set before you the way of life, and the way of death. 
(do good・ lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench [it], because of the evil of your doings. 
(If not hear) I swear by myself, that this house shall become a desolation. 
Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you.
(Repent north Israel and) I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I [am] merciful, saith the LORD, [and] I will not keep [anger] for ever. 
I am married unto you: and (if repent) I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:  And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, 
(repent and) I will heal your backslidings.
(Circumcise heart) lest my fury come forth like fire, and burn
if there be [any] that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. 
I have likened the daughter of Zion to a comely and delicate [woman]. 
Be thou instructed, O Jerusalem, lest my soul depart from thee; lest I make thee desolate,
Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
(If amend ways, execute judgment, opress not, don’t walk after other gods) then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.
