Positivity, Optimism

Audio version:

God is Omnipotent and wants a relationship with you. He promises our good; you just have to trust Him for it. Unlike anything else, God can keep His promises. You can always trust God. Romans 8:28 is Super. But sometimes, we think that promises have to be like a written contract on a page. But God is trustworthy, even if there was no Bible. He's so trustworthy that He doesn't have to say a thing. We can't prove Him, but He proves us. And He likes those who like Him. But dislike, or unbelief won't make you, or God, happy. God's done so much for us. How can those spared from hell complain about anything that hurts them? But we wouldn't judge God, because He's closer to us than ourselves. And We can't judge God anyway, because He makes nothing big enough to judge Him by.

Optimistic means realistic! Optimism is optimal! And positivity is closer to God than negativity. Everything gets its importance from God. Actually, what sets believers apart from unbelievers, is the Spirit of God. That was distributed by Christ's death. What makes God good is how He treats His family, not so much his enemies.

But no matter how bad unbelievers are, they could become God's child! And that would be a hell-to-heaven difference! God holds NOTHING against believers, but everything against unbelievers. Without God, hell has no happiness. But God really wants you. God invented you for His pleasure. He maintains your senses and reasoning, so trust Him. Unbelievers work for three things: their enemy God, their secret master satan, and things that don't last. Although what they do in unbelief won't benefit them, God still uses it for our good. God benefits us by everything that we don't even own. God gives us everything to be positive about! The Most Trustworthy never invented a reason for us to doubt Him because nothing stops God from doing everything He wants for His children!

So, It's all for you! even if it's against you. Anything God wants to do, He does it. God wants more for you than you do. The only reason you love yourself so much is because He did first. And if you don't love yourself, that doesn't stop Him from building you into His pleasure. But you should agree with God about you, everyone should. What's beautiful about you is how you trust God. Enjoy all He has for you, but a second head would be ugly. Don't be double minded. Complaining is like staring into darkness and saying, God isn't nice enough, satan has more for me. But, regardless of how evil or deceived you feel yourself to be, God... is... good.

Whatever doubt you have- there's nothing to doubt about Him. There's no trust of yours that He's unworthy to have. God never has smaller plans for you than you have. So plan big! It seems like Buddhists try to extinguish desire, but Christians desire more! The more that you want, the better. Trust God to fulfill your desires, like nothing else can. Be so tempted with good, that you're not tempted with evil. Take what you're given, and don't rewrite God's perfect assignments for you. It couldn't be better.

Of course, the devil, the distractor, distracts the distractible part of us with many distractions. While the renewed part of us would be grieved by those distractions due to a love for the loves of our Lover. But if God's smiling, it's ok. His smile is our greatest joy. And God smiles when you smile about Him. And we smile to help others smile, this also makes Him smile because He loves them as HimSelf. Smiling says, God, You are good. This is what You mean to me. This is how happy you make me. Despite having more to be happy about than we smile for; you can't always smile enough on the outside. At least you can try to be affected by truths. Truths are always happy.

God's worth as much happiness and appreciation as we can enjoy. What you think about God will permeate your life. God deserves for you to think all the best things about Him, not just random things about Him. And that's what I hope you'll gain from this talk. He rewards us so heavenly, that we could actively do the world for Him! And God gives us and our loved ones the opportunity to be spared from, so much suffering of hell that we can passively suffer the world for Him! For example, you lock yourself out of the car again. The lock is against you, right? But it's for your benefit. You see, The things you suffer here below are not above God. It wouldn't be this bad down here, unless it were at least so good later. And if it will be worthwhile, it is now worthwhile, in some greater way. Moreover, the difficulty of the moment declares its significance. God must make the suffering worthwhile because it can't make God nor His reward less worthy because He's immutable. It's dishonest to disclude the bigger picture.

Now suffering is not always helpful, so avoid hurt and temptations. But, if you are hurt and tempted, rejoice for the opportunity which God gives you to overcome! If you feel comfort from truths, then feel comforted even when you can't look up, that there's still an up to look up to. And Don't allow temptation to seduce your mind's jury. I mean, If you're calculating whether or not to sin, you're already outside of God's help! Again, Don't let satan get that first foot in the door! If you let go of God's hand for the smallest second, just to reach one slight thought of temptation, satan will grab you and drag you away! Stay in love with God, where you don't want to sin. But will you be allured by the one who crucified your LOVE? Likewise, God won’t give you sin's pleasure because He has more for you in heaven. Meanwhile, Sin keeps us away from bliss, so don't sin.

Moreover, The devil can't out pay God! On top of that, God's jealous to outshine! His rewards aren't insufficient. And God rights all wrongs! He fixes everything. Even corruption will put on incorruption. Instead of holding any complaint, ask for everything you want. Open all your desires to God, lest covetousness fester. Complaining is like crying hopelessly in a hypothetical godless box. No, no. Ask, ask, Ask! Indeed, God doesn't give less than we Ask! It's impossible to wish more for yourself than God does! God is doing ALL He can for us which is ALL He wants for us. So if it's not what you asked for, it's better- so get excited! Nothing is impossible for God. Now even though God can do anything, He prefers for you to share the work or pain. So, it's never fruitless. Along with that, God knows everything but prefers you share your thoughts with Him in prayer. Although, If you pray for what you don't want, then you're not sharing your heart with God. So don't pray for what you wouldn't do, but for what you would do if you could. And, if you can't do much for God, He just wants to know that you would if you could. God grants you limited abilities to invest in your willingness. So gracefully, show Him that you are more the willing.

Your utter vulnerability to Him, so His happiness with you, is all of your own. If you don't submit to the happiness He has for you, then your happiness can't last- and that's not happy to know. He takes responsibility for us and gives us a big mission to join. God honors us with a share of His mission as much as we want. This is a big gift. The devil doesn't have worthy work for us, nor can we pay ourselves more than God pays. If we fail, He still wins our mission for us. We win, regardless of loss. It's His mission, on His shoulders. So, we can trust Him for the outcome. Since this is true, live as a victor! In the end, We lose nothing! and can't lose, ultimately. We only fight God's battles and He always wins. We only lose to win for God's gain. All our failures cannot last because God won't keep them. The only thing you'll remember about this life is the wins you share with God. God will only remember what we did right.

Our flesh doesn't look at things like that. And if we follow our eyes rather than our Maker, we'll see loss and thus glorify that. This is complaining. But God may fix this about us by having us lose. Losing so many things in life, people are brought to conclude that all of these losses were no losses at all. I mean, people give up thinking of their losses, when they find God to be so much better. Any moment that you trust God, is a moment you're gaining. And if you don't trust God, whatever you suffer will still benefit God and thus His people in some way, so you can be happy about that. Therefore, I count my losses as gain. God can, and will indeed make it all worth it. The Bible says that God is not unrighteous to forget your effort. The implication is that since God would never be unrighteous, He likewise would never forget what you did for Him. A million years from now, God doesn't have to forget. God sees. Nothing is hidden from Him. Your secret suffering earns rewards in the light.

If you can't save up for the future, expect Him to. The Bible says that everything is for you, believer. So think about anything in life. For example, Think about that loss. God did that for you. How can this be? Because in this impossibility, God's Spirit is you teaching faith. And that's my prayer for you, now- that any mental ground you tread would be sanctified by faith. Without God, nothing matters. But too many covet what they call a normal life. You sin desiring more than your disproportionate allotment. So what do you do? Ask God for more. He's not holding back. If you trust God, you may begin to understand. Regardless, let Him have your misunderstandings. You don't control how God answers prayer. Why should you know? Believe that God is responsible for what you can't do. That's His part of the relationship (which you have with Him.)

What you suffer isn't always what you choose would be worth suffering for; but it's better than that, because it's what God chose would be worth suffering. For worthwhile aims, we choose to bear the weight of trials, without despair. Yet when unbidden hardships rise, we feel their clash before our eyes. But if for our best these trials descend, would we not choose them in the end? What seems a burden to refuse, is the very work we would choose.

And plan for your future, not just the next 50 years. Send rewards ahead where you can really enjoy them. What you let go of on earth, is given you in heaven- and that lasts much longer. You'll be there a lot longer than here. People say to dream big, but that makes it sound like only a dream. And dreams are fake. Our hope is not just a dream or wish, it's more to be trusted than gravity. And we can be assured that God has more than what we can dream, in real life. What's more real than this world? The next. You'll be more conscious in the next life and more able to enjoy yourself. Right now, you're in a strange land and we've not yet experienced here, those joys to come.

The Bible shows us that sin is from unbelief (which I consider a lack of optimism) You don't have to sin again! Perhaps you've suffered enough to the point where you don't want to sin again. But if you're not optimistic enough, I mean, if you're worried about sinning again, then you're not trusting God; therefore you will sin again. Regret also can make you sin because you're not trusting His forgiveness. Being frustrated about your sinning, also encourages more sin. Don't blame the thoughts. So, you see, we need optimism! God enjoys His and your relationship more than you do. The only place where there's actual sin, is between you and God. It's when you spend God on something.

But God hates your sin because He loves those who sin hurts. I mean, you. God hates sin because He loves you. God is the only One Who hates sin enough to overcome it. Therefore you must love Him to share enough of His hatred for sin. Suffering is like a temptation. As bad as it is, as important as it is to you, and as much as you may react to it, and as bad as you can feel of it- God is worth it! The harder it is, the better. The devil's temptations are an opportunity for you to shine. That's why God has them there! You could say, God's tempting you to do good. God sent His Spirit for you to break out of the sin cycle. The Spirit gives you the power to overcome.

The devil may let you play a game that you can win, because just playing his game makes you a loser, regardless if you win. There shouldn't be inner struggle. If overcoming sin isn't easy, then you will fail because you don't love God enough. You'll only overcome sin when it's easy. Overcoming the situation may be hard, but overcoming sin should always be easy. Difficulty with sin is for losers. Don't play that game. The flesh won't fight itself! There are plenty of things that are too hard to do in your mind, but sin never has to be one of those, because of the Spirit in us. Have confidence in God. Be invincible with God. God is always faithful to forgive His believers. You can confess anything you need to.

God doesn't change, so He never has any less treasures for you. I mean, People are used to the finite pool, but we can't get used to God's infinite Spring. We've known none like Him. God is not disturbed by the heat like we are. He's not handcuffed HimSelf to the laws of physics. But He's handcuff HimSelf to doing more for you. I mean, God could easily change things, and surround his child with boredomless comfort. But if He doesn't give you all that now, it's only because He has something plenty better. Therefore, I'd rather suffer on earth, than be in heaven. We suffer the curse because it gives folks a time to repent, a desire to repent, and a Sacrifice to repent at. (Jonah was kept in the whale for the same reasons.) God kept us dying since Adam, until we could have life. Now, unlike unbelievers, we don't suffer and die deservingly, but for reward. Moreover, all the work I could do with my life in this world, would be worth even just one eternal cent because given enough time in heaven, that eternal cent would surpass a billion dollars. But what about interest? Even secular people collect interest, so how much more would our Spiritual Father enjoy piling on the interest year after year, throughout your life here? It's worth it. He's worth it!

God designed us to connect with Him. We don't operate well without Him. And what we produce without Him, is valueless to the only opinion that matters, and outlasts all others. He didn't make us able to live properly, without His Spirit in our hearts. God's the only thing good about us, or anything. Without His Spirit, we are spirit-dead and incomplete. Only through trusting Him, can we actually be ourselves and realize our potential. No longer is my life a mix of heaven and hell, but pure heaven, even when I can't feel it. (But people do tend to feel what they think about, which why I’m here.)

He completes us, instructs us, always loves us, we're never alone, and we can always share our feelings with Him. Others may not understand your feelings, sometimes they can't. But God understands forever. You can be on a deserted island, but He's there. You may be trapped in a body with no abilities, but He's there. You'll never be alone again, and it's both pleasant and helpful to feel His unwavering love. He's helping you overcome and get stronger. Unbelievers don't yet have any of these things, but they could. If God's against them, everything should be. Whether or not they think or feel so, the most important thing to them is that they trust in God.

Of course, God didn't make you for nothing! And of course He teach about His love for us! Faith shines in all the "of course"'s about God. We shouldn't think any less of God, that would be a contradiction to the One Who keeps contradiction from us. And by this faith, we get all kinds of positive truths. For example: If it's true that we lose, it's more true that we don't lose. And it's typically more helpful to feel that we lost nothing, and you're not obligated to think of it as a loss. Yes, when negativity helps, it has its place. But negativity should never get between you and God. The Spirit teaches us how to think better of God. (optimistically) The Spirit dwells in the Holy of holies of our hearts, beyond a veil of faith. (Which will be done away one day.) So that we can learn of God without books through faith, and without brains through holiness. The brain takes time to renew, but God's already worth trusting. So don't be frustrated if your mind is full of trash. You can't wash it with truth any faster than you can. Since God's Spirit is pure, things should only get cleaner, even if you're losing your abilities faster than you're gaining ground. By the Spirit, you sanctify every place you tread in your mind. But your mind has cliffs to go around and ruts to fill and such. So rewiring your physical brain takes time. But you can and should walk 100% in the Spirit, here and now. The darkness can't stop the light. Faith(which connects us to optimism) seems like the one reason why God made us, and this world for us. He wants that relationship where we embody His Son's Spirit.

An unbeliever may seem to know (and even feel better) about our religion; but unlike us, they only look at the truth without eating it. It might be tempting to them, but they won't make the commitment, so they won't get the benefits. Unlike them, we marry it. We choose to confine ourselves in that faithful relationship, and it shows. Heaven's happiness spills a little into our present hopes. We have everything to look forward to. God straightens it all out for our good. Live like you're a trillionaire, live like you can't die, live like every problem was on purpose- in as much as God makes that true for His believers. Don't hold back. Be all you want and all God wants. Love and shine God's glory, with 100% of what you have to shine with. I like this understatement: "It's going to be good!"
